Note that by giving your ePAY Online account to anyone, you can receive payments to your ePAY Online account without integration. Integration is only necessary if you have website and you want the process of receiving payments to be automatic.

Q11. Is there a refund policy ?
Answer : NO. All payments are final. It is highly recommended that you ensure that you know those you are conducting business with. Carry out a research to be sure you wish to make the transaction.The receiver of your payment might not be willing to reverse the payment if it was sent by error.

Q12. I have forgotten my password or user name. What can I do now ?
Answer : Please, click on "Forgot your password?". Then you will be asked to enter your email address which was used to create your account. After that you will get your username & password in your email.

Q13. My account has been suspended. Why it happens ?
Answer : Your account will be suspended for this following reasons--- i) If you open an account, but do not complete your profile for a long time. ii) If you have a negative balance in your account for a long time iii) If you don't login your account for a long time (e.g. 6 months or above). iv) If you fails to login your account continuously three times then your account will be suspended.

Q14. If my account has been suspended then what can I do ? Can I get my account again ?
Answer : If your account has been suspended then please, click on "Contact Us" then, you can submit your error report. After reviewing your account we can make a decision to activate or deactivate your account.

Q15. Is it necessary to verify my account ?
Answer : Yes, it's very important to verify your account. If your account is not verified then you can't withdraw your balance.

Q16. How can I verify my account ?
Answer : To verify your account at first please, complete your profile with actual info. Then click on "Verify" and upload 2/3 documents such as a scan of Photo ID & a scan of driving license/phone bill/electric bill etc. Then send it to us for verification purpose.

Q17. What is Bank Account Verification ?

Q18. I make a withdrawl request & my request is pending for a long time. Why ?
Answer : Check your personal details are not incomplete & original. Then check your account must be verified. If your personal details are incomplete or, false then your request of withdraw balance is pending for a long time & must not be cleared. Again, if your account is not verified then your request of withdraw balance is pending for a long time & must not be cleared.

Q20. I make a deposit & my account is not credited. Why ?
Answer : Check your personal details are not incomplete & original. Then check your account must be verified. If your personal details are incomplete or, false then your request of deposit balance is pending for a long time & must not be cleared. Again, if your account is not verified then your request of deposit balance is pending for a long time & must not be cleared.

Q21. My account is verified but, my deposit request is pending for a long time. Why ?
Answer : Probably, your account is not bank verified and your deposit request is through bank check or, bank wire. Please, verify your bank account.
