I also received invitation from Frank Kern and Jeff Walker, but they don't provide any bonuses... they rarely use incentives.

So check John Reese's offer at Opportunity.com and if you like it don't just signup on the page, but use any of the bonuses I mention above.
I myself like John Reese's stuff and I chose Jeff Dedrick's bonus, but unfortunately I couldn't signup for Opportunity.com now because I don't have funds in my CC, but only Paypal funds (John doesn’t accept paypal payments).
I suppose I will miss these bonuses because they are limited but you can.
